Credit & Debit Card Payment
If your payment with a credit or debit card was failed, usually the reason is one of the following:
- Exceeding the daily withdrawal amount
Solution 1: Visit the nearest bank branch of your card issuer (or call their helpline if you have this service activated) and ask for an expanding service for your withdrawal limit and try to pay again,
Solution 2: Use another card,
Solution 3: Choose another payment method eg. bank wire.
- The expired date for the card is near to come
Solution 1: Use another card that has a long-expired date limit,
Solution 2: Choose another payment method eg. bank wire.
Once you come back to Ekuep from the credit card payment page you will see the page like below:
As you see your order is placed and now you can click the "TRY AGAIN WITH A DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD" button to choose another way of payment.

If your bank wire payment was failed, the most possible reason is changing the name of our account from "Wosol for communication & information technology" to any other names such as "Ekuep".
Solution: to overcome this issue simply don't change the account name and try to pay again.
