In general, if you bought the item with free or paid installation you should receive a voucher for the installation from SphereY. But if you haven't received it and SphereY shows you have to pay for the installation please contact us through email at [email protected] or send a message in the Spherey application by clicking "contact us / chat with us" option and the Spherey management will check it and respond you in maximum 24 hours.
